Set up your company

This is the name of your business and what your customers see when you send them quotes. Five minutes here saves time on every quote you build.

Where to find it

Account > Company.

What to set

• Company name. What appears on the header of customer quotes and emails.
• Company logo. Shown on the customer quote and labor sheet.
• Default currency. What new quotes default to. You can override per quote.
• Default measurement units. Metric, imperial feet, or imperial roofing squares. New quotes lock to this at creation; existing quotes do not change if you flip the default later.
• Default profit margins. Material margin and labor margin percentages, applied to new quotes. You can override per quote.
• Tax details. Add the taxes you want available to include on quotes (e.g. GST, VAT, sales tax).

What about your personal account?

Personal details (your name, sign-in email, password, 2FA) live under Account and Security, not Company. See Account and security.
