Quote files and images

For each quote, depending on your subscription tier, you can store associated files and images. The purpose is to let you keep all the images and roof plans you need for jobs in one place.

Two places to upload

• From the bottom of the quote summary page - drag and drop or pick a file.
• From the quote builder Roof areas page - underneath the quote name/description, there is a dropdown for uploading roof plans or supporting docs.

What you can attach

• Roof plans and architects' drawings.
• Site photos.
• Supporting docs (PDFs, scope of works, surveyor notes).
• The digital takeoff image (auto-saved when you do digital takeoff).

What happens to the files

Files stay with the quote unless:

• You delete them.
• You delete the quote itself.
• Your subscription lapses for more than 60 days (see Storage and payment).
• You delete your account.

How many files you can store depends on your subscription tier. If you are running low, you can delete files from declined quotes, or from quotes that are past their valid acceptance date.
