Company settings
This is the name of your business, or what you want your customers to see when you send them quotes. The settings here apply to your whole workspace and feed into every new quote.
What you can set
- Company name. What appears on the customer quote header and emails.
- Company logo. Shown on customer quotes and labor sheets.
- Default currency. What new quotes default to. You can override per quote.
- Default measurement units. The system you want to use for quotes by default. You can change and save it as you need, but existing quotes stay in the original units used at creation. Three options:
- Metric - meters, m2, mm.
- Imperial feet - feet, ft2, inches.
- Imperial roofing squares - linear feet and roofing squares (Rs).
- Default profit margins. Material margin and labor margin percentages applied to new quotes.
- Tax details. Any taxes you want to be able to add to your quotes (GST, VAT, sales tax).
