Customer quote editor

The customer quote editor is where you define exactly what your customer gets to see. You can use a customer quote template here, hide or show lines, edit component descriptions and prices, and create brand new quote items.

Two editing modes

• Fast edit (left side). A show/hide system to toggle which lines, prices, and units appear on the customer quote.
• Full edit (right side). Full flexibility over the header, body, and footer of the quote.

What you can do

• Apply a saved customer quote template.
• Hide or show individual lines.
• Hide the price on a line while keeping the line visible.
• Edit component names and descriptions for the customer view (without changing your master quote).
• Add new lines that exist only on the customer quote.
• Save, download, or print the customer quote.
