Email templates

Detailed customer quote email templates that you can either send directly to the customer, or copy and paste to use in your own email client.

The purpose is to save you manually typing out a message each time you send a quote. The template automatically swaps out the placeholder values for the values specific to the quote you are sending, so the email contains everything you want the customer to see, in a professional layout, with one click.

What you can configure

• Template name - your reference for it.
• Custom subject line.
• Fully custom email body, including a URL link to the quote.
• Placeholders that auto-fill at send time: customer name, quote number, job reference, quote acceptance URL, your company name, quote date.
• Default flag - mark a template as your default for new quotes.

You can create multiple customer email templates and switch between them when sending a quote.
