Invoices

The Invoices section lets you create professional invoices, send them to customers, and track payment — all without leaving QuoteCore+.

What you can do

• Create a blank invoice or generate one directly from an accepted quote.
• Customise the invoice with your branding, line items, payment details, notes, and terms.
• Control exactly what the customer sees — show or hide individual lines, prices, and quantities.
• Send via email from QuoteCore+, generate a copy-ready email, or share a direct link.
• Track the invoice through its lifecycle: Draft → Sent → Viewed → Payment Reported → Paid.
• Set up invoice templates so your business details and payment instructions auto-fill on every invoice.

Lifecycle

Status	Meaning
Draft (Unsent)	Created but not yet sent to the customer
Sent	You sent it; customer hasn't opened the link yet
Viewed	Customer opened the public invoice page
Payment Reported	Customer clicked "Payment Sent" on their page
Paid	You confirmed payment received
Disputed	Customer raised a dispute
Cancelled	Invoice cancelled; customer link stops working
