Attachment Library

The Attachment Library is a central store for files you send to customers — technical drawings, terms and conditions, specific details requests, or anything else you want to include with a quote or order.

Upload a file once. Attach it to any quote or order at send time, or bake it into an email template so it's always pre-selected.

Where to find it

Resource Library > Attachments tab.

Supported file types

• PDF
• Images (JPEG, PNG, and other common image formats)
• ZIP archives

Maximum file size: 50 MB per file.

What the library shows

Each file in your library is listed with:

• Name — the display name you gave it (not the original filename).
• File — the original filename, shown below the name.
• Size — file size.

Active files appear first. Archived files appear below with an Archived badge.

Plan limits

Your plan allows a set number of library files. The Attachments tab shows how many you've used.
