Team

Multi-seat support is the next big release on the roadmap. Pro Plus already includes 3 seats in its pricing - you'll be able to invite team members once the management UI ships. Until then, Pro Plus operates as a single seat with the seat allowance "banked" for when teams go live.

What teams will do

Add team members by email and decide what they can and can't do inside your account.

The owner stays the master account - they create components, set templates, configure billing, and decide policy. Team members work inside that structure.

Two modes of access

When you invite someone, you'll pick one of two access levels:

• Use what's there. They can quote with the components and templates you've already created, but can't add or modify the library. Good for fixers, estimators, or anyone you don't want changing the master settings.
• Create freely. They can create their own components, templates, flashings, and material orders. Good for senior staff or co-owners.

You'll be able to change a team member's mode at any time, and revoke their access in one click.

Seats by plan

Extra seats beyond your plan allowance will be available as a paid add-on once the team UI ships.

What about the trial?

The trial gives you 1 seat. You can test all features but can't invite team members during the trial. When you upgrade to a paid plan that includes more seats (Pro Plus or later), the seats become available.

What we're working on

• The invite flow (you send an email, they sign up, they land in your workspace).
• Role permissions (read-only viewers, full editors, billing access).
• Activity attribution (which team member created which quote).
• Per-seat audit log.
