Quote summary

This is your master view of the quote. You can see everything you added, this is not what your customer sees - it is for your records.

What you can do from the summary

  • Edit the quote name and description.
  • Edit the actual quote. Takes you back to the start of the quote builder phase.
  • Create a customer quote. See customer quote editor.
  • Create a labor sheet. See labor sheet editor.
  • Clone the quote. Useful if you have an identical job or one very similar - faster to clone and edit than to start fresh.
  • Download the summary as a PDF or zip.
  • Add more files to the quote (at the bottom of the summary page).
  • Send the quote - this option appears once you have created the customer quote. See Sending and acceptance.
  • Withdraw the quote. See Withdrawing a quote.

Quote status

The quotes main page shows the status of every quote: Unsent, Sent, Accepted, Declined, Deposit paid, Materials ordered, Install, Invoice sent, Invoice paid, Finished.

Some statuses activate automatically:

  • Sent - when you send the quote.
  • Accepted / Declined - when the customer responds via the customer quote URL.

The rest are manually selectable to help you keep track of all your quotes and jobs. You can filter the quotes page for everything currently in Install, or delete all your Declined jobs in one batch.
