How storage works
Quote storage is permanent so long as your subscription is paid. We offer multiple tiers with higher quote and file storage limits.
If you are running low, you can:
- Remove files from declined or expired quotes.
- Delete quotes you no longer need.
- Download and archive quotes to your own computer or drive, then delete them from the app.
- Upgrade to a higher tier.
Your quotes remain secure at all times.
What happens if you miss a payment
If a payment fails:
- You receive email and in-app alert notifications asking you to make payment or contact us.
- If no further payment is made for 60 days, we will freeze your account and contact you.
- If you cannot respond within another 30 days, your file storage may be deleted.
Unfortunately storage costs us money, and we cannot store your files indefinitely without payment.
How to avoid losing data
You can download all your quotes and files easily at any time. If you are worried about a lapsed payment, download a backup zip and keep it on your computer or a memory drive. See Downloading and deleting.
Billing disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error or want to contest a payment, contact support from Account > Support before the 60-day window passes.
