Manual Quote

The traditional quote builder. Designed to use and add your saved components with your own measurements for each one. You add as many components and extras as you need, and then you can fully edit the customer quote and labor sheet once created.

When to use it

• Users who already have their measurements for the quote and just need to transfer them into a quote to calculate final measurements and prices, or you do not have access to digital takeoff station.

Plan vs Actual

You can flip individual components between Plan and Actual in the quote builder. Plan applies pitch and waste; Actual assumes you have already accounted for pitch yourself or measured the real length. See Plan vs Actual.

This is especially useful for re-roofs, or when you want to do a proper site measure after the initial plan-based quote was accepted.
